Rénovation complète d’un appartement au 4ème étage d’un ancien immeuble de logement.

Les murs et plafonds ont tous été repeins, le sol et une cloison (anciennes briques) ont été démonté et évacué, le coin cuisine a été totalement refait, tous les murs ont été réparé au plâtre et une toile de verre a été mise en place.

Suite à la démolition l’électricité qui alimente le coin salon et cuisine a été déplacé et mis en place dans une goulotte de finition.

Un Stratifié QUICK STEP (grandes longueurs 205cm * 20cm) a été posé sur toute la surface du logement + plinthes.
