Reprise complète de tous les murs en peinture mat blanche, ainsi que les plafonds.

La sdb a été complètement démolie et recréée, réalisation d’une douche italienne, mise en place d’un sèche-serviette, réalisation d’un faux plafond pour encastrer des spots à LED inox, et remplacement du meuble de SDB.

Un carrelage imitation bois a été Posé Dans le salon.

Durée des travaux: 4 semaines

Un carrelage 100 * 23 cm a été collé sur l’ancien parquet, application du primaire d’accroche LANKO 162, et carreaux collés avec LANKO 7023 fluide

Le rendu peux laisser croire à du vrai parquet, les plinthes sont en medium traitées hydrofuge et peintes en 3 couches blanc laqué

Pour la chambre, un sol stratifié a été posé de marque QUICK STEP LARGO 2025mm * 205mm + plinthes assorties

Une fois le meuble déposé et la baignoire évacuée, réalisation d’un faux plafond et d’une cloison de douche en plaques de plâtre, le massif de douche est réalisé avec des plaques LUX, et une résine LANKO 596 est appliquée pour garantir l’étanchéité
