Chantier rénovation 2ème tranche terminée

Romualdpar Romuald

1er tranche des TRAVAUX pour la société NCT, Rénovation d’une Maison secondaire, en Charente Maritime (17) au pied du pont de l’île d’Oléron, en 2013.

Tous Les toits ont été refais par une entreprise locale. Les bâtiments extérieurs ont été détruits (garage Bois et cabanons), Tout l’intérieur de la maison a été mit à nu (Plafonds, les sols, cloisons, Fenêtres, cheminées), le réseau complet sous dallage a été repensé.

Une ouverture de 4,50 m a été réalisée entre la future cuisine et le salon, ce qui donnera une pièce à vivre de 72 m² + adaptations des passages de portes intérieurs. Un dallage a été réalisé sur toute la surface de la maison (150 m²) + un isolant de 10 cm en dessous. Les plafonds (solivage) ont été refais.

Toutes-Les menuiseries extérieures sont en PVC avec volets roulants Électriques, Le Réseau électrique a été refait à 100% et tous les murs et plafonds sont habillés de plaques de plâtre.

2ème tranche, FEVRIER 2015 Travaux de carrelages et Faïences + création de 3 douches italiennes.

Pose de carreaux 60*60 cm joints de 2mm + plinthes assorties, colle utilisée LANKO 5073 fluide

Habillage des murs et plafonds terminé

La dalle béton à été poncée avec une rectifieuse équipée d’un plateau diamant pour atténuer tous les défauts et supprimer la laitance en surface.

Les chambres parentales sont équipées d’une douche italienne avec un siphon caniveau, le même carrelage règne de partout et dans la douche les carreaux sont anti dérapant.

Pour la réalisation la dalle béton a été cassé sur l’emplacement complet de la douche, une fois le caniveau en place une chape ciment est réalisée avec une pente de 2cm.

Mise en place d’un béton auto-plaçant, + application d’un produit de cure pour éviter les fissurations dû au courant d’air.
