Réparation d’une douche italienne

L’ancienne douche a été démolie car le fond du bac avait fissuré et l’eau s’infiltrait au travers provoquant des dégâts. La prestatation de la société NCT est de refaire a l’identique cette douche sans fuite bien-sûr.

Après une démolition soignée de l’ancien fond du bac, des carreaux de sol , et du premier rang de faïence, une chape en mortier armée d’un grillage a été réalisée avec une pente de 2,5 cm au siphon.

Le siphon est en inox, une résine de type PAREX LANKO a été appliquée sur la surface totale de la douche + les remontées sur les murs et le débord au sol, ainsi qu’une bande étanche en phériphérie.

Les carreaux, la mosaïque, la faïence ont été collé avec de la colle PAREX LANKO 5024, les primaire utilisé sont le P124 et P162.

Les joints sont de colorie chocolat.
