Terrasse en béton désactivé

Réalisation d’une terrasse en béton désactivé autour d’une piscine.

Un décapage de 20cm de profondeur a été réalisé sur l’emprise de la future terrasse, la terre a été réglée de chaque coté pour atténuer la différence de hauteur.

Un empierrement de 10 cm a été réalisé pour bloquer le fond du dallage, le béton mis en place à la formule suivante : ciment blanc, 30% de gravier ocre et 70% de gravier blanc + sable 0/16 (avec pointe de noir) + fibre.

Les luminaires ont été scellés et câblés avant coulage.

Surface : 115 m²

Budget : 15000€ TTC

Empierrement et coffrage des rives de la terrasse

La géométrie est pensée de façon a utiliser un maximum de surface de terrasse sur un coté de la piscine.

Mise en place d’un polyane + grillage et joints de dilatation qui auront aussi pour fonction de servir de guide lors du bétonnage

Une pente de 1% par mètre a été respectée

Etape cruciale!!! l’application du désactivant 4mm au fur et a mesure de l’avancement du bétonnage. Tout se joue a la mise en place de ce produit et comme on peut le constater en arrière plan la pluie arrive, nous avons été obligé de bâcher toute la surface sans endommager le béton!!!

Nettoyage au jet haute pression dès le lendemain matin, heureusement il n’est pas tombé énormément de pluie, houf le désactivant a joué son rôle.

Il ne reste plus qu’a décoffrer les rives et ranger la terre autour.

Et voila tout est terminé, la terre est rangée de chaque coté et le gazon est semé, il ne reste plus qu’a se baigner.
